Meet Your Teachers
Marcy Fox, director, vocal instructor, studied classical vocal technique under notable soprano Othalie Graham and Metropolitan Opera House guest Catherine Martin. In addition to her 6 years of teaching experience, she assisted in the production of Disney's The Lion King, Jr and directed A Charlie Brown Christmas, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Getting to Know Cinderella and Elf the Musical, Jr.
Charlie Hill, director is currently an architecture student at Cornell University, where he sings with the Glee Club. Now living in Morgantown, Pennsylvania but having grown up as a military kid, Charlie received vocal and piano lessons, as well as explored musical and dramatic theatre through middle school and high school. Previously, he served as the music director of the short musical "Jonah" at Conestoga Christian School, as well as arranging and singing for the school's a capella choir, concert choir, participating in musical theatre, leading worship, and placing second for Tenor 1 at the PMEA District 7 Chorus Festival. With Fox Music, he served as a production assistant for "The Wizard of Oz," and even had a small cameo as Uncle Henry. In his free time, you can find him reading or drawing. Charlie is very excited to return to Fox to bring "Peter Pan Jr." to life!
Meredith Davis, vocal instructor, studied theatre with a minor in music, and has since been teaching music and theatre in a private school setting. She has directed over 100 elementary students in annual musical productions, and has worked to develop middle school/high school student lead worship teams. Since college, she has continued to use her gifts in a church setting leading worship for camps, retreats, and weekly worship services with her husband. Her blend of music and theater experience has also afforded her much time and training in live sound production as well as leading a band. Her teaching approach creates building blocks and good habits to better develop the vocalist, no matter how far along they may be. When she’s not teaching, you can find her spending time with her husband and two dogs; hiking, kayaking, or just relaxing.
Ruby George, choreographer, brings a decade of teaching experience to the program, with intensive study at the University of the Arts, West Chester University, and The Edge Dance Studio in L.A. In addition to her experience teaching swing, salsa, hip hop, jazz, and more, she has taught masterclasses and choreographed at Florida Atlantic University.
